Ambrosia

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g can pineapple pieces in natural juice, drained
  • 4 mandarins, peeled, divided into segments
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup purple grapes or sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup marshmallows, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups low-fat plain or fruit-flavoured yoghurt

PREPARATION

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well to mix. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate
