There are so many things we want in our lives, but how do we get it all?

Do you even know what your dreams are, what your desires are?
Do you know who you want to be?
Do you know what kind of relationships you want?
Do you know how you want your body?
When was the last time you even wrote down your dreams?
Take out a piece of paper now, draw up three sections – Be, Do and Have
Allow yourself to dream and in this particular exercise make it for the next 6 months of your life.
Examples
Be – I want to Be Fit and Healthy
Do – I want to do a Personal Development Course (Pain to Peace by Melinka Granich)
Have – I want to have 10 new clients in my business
Get as specific as possible. This doesn’t mean that this list is your final list. It will change from day to day, so please do not get attached to the outcome, or the how your dreams will happen. Just allow yourself to dream. Allow yourself to get excited about life and the limitless possibilities available to you.
Also in your journal write down the 3 things you will start to take action on to have this dream become reality. Notice the limiting beliefs around having those dreams. Acknowledge those beliefs and let them go, they no longer serve you.
